  • 250 g haggis, skinned and crumbled
  • 150 g pork sausagemeat (I used 3 pork and caramelised onion sausages)
  • sage
  • 1 pack of Jus-Rol puff pastry, 320g
  • 1 medium egg, beaten with a dash of milk
  • sesame seeds
