Ingredients

  • For the Biscuits
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g golden caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 175 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 75 g butter
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp strong coffee
  • 4. To make the filling, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
