  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp Pine Nuts, roughly smashed
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
  • 125 g (1/2 cup) salted Butter, melted
  • 2 Egg Yolks, whisked
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • pinch of Cayenne Pepper
