Ingredients

  • 500 g sweet potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1½ tbsp medium curry powder
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ a lemon
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 400 g tinned tomatoes
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 100 g fine green beans
  • 250 g natural yoghurt
  • 3-4 minutes before adding the peanut butter, tinned tomatoes, lemon juice, the bay and curry leaves and
  • 250 ml water
