  • 2 1/2 cups (312g) plain flour - I used 1 1/2 cups plain flour, and 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pint (200g) blueberries - I used 250g
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup (200g) caster sugar - I used 150g
  • 1 cup (240ml) plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted
  • Sanding sugar (or demerara sugar), for sprinkling (Optional)
