Ingredients

  • 2 oz self
  • 2 oz wholewheat flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 oz margarine or butter
  • 1/2 oz Lincolnshire Poacher cheese
  • cold water to mix
  • 1 onion
  • 3 medium leeks
  • 2 oz butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 fl oz double cream
  • 1 tablespoon grated
  • 8 inch fluted flan tin
  • 15 mins Brush with a small amount of the beaten egg and then back into the oven for another
  • 30 mins until golden and risen
  • 250 g plain chocolate broken up
  • 3 large free range eggs
  • 200 g light muscovado sugar
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g self raising flour
  • 1/2 tsp bicarb
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 250 g raw beetroot (finely grated)
  • 240 g butter
  • 240 g caster sugar
  • 240 g self raising flour
  • 3 large eggs (separated)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
