Ingredients

  • 12 rolls
  • /13.2 fl.oz warm water
  • /1.5 oz butter
  • /12 oz rye flour
  • /12 oz strong white flour
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3.75 tsp fast action yeast
  • 3 tsp caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • /5.5 oz raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 3 pieces Roll each of these pieces into sausages about 25cm/10inches long.
  • 30 minutes Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 210°C/410°F/Gas Mark 7.
