Ingredients

  • 200 g green beans
  • 2 cm chunks
  • 150 g baby corn, trimmed and cut into
  • 2 cm bites
  • 2 medium new potatoes
  • 4 shallots
  • 3 gloves of garlic
  • 3 green chilies chopped
  • 1400 ml warm water
  • 1 ½ tin of tomatoes
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • ½ tsp. mustard seeds
  • 6-7 curry leaves
  • 3 cloves
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. garam masala
  • ¾ cup gram flour
  • 1 cup
  • 1.5 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp. turmeric powder
  • and salt to taste
  • 150 ml warm water
  • 4 cm by 3cm. Once they are all rolled and cut out place them onto a dish and dust the pieces lightly.
