Ingredients

  • 2 medium eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 ml water
  • 250 g gluten free flour (I used Doves Farm gluten free flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter + more butter for frying
  • sea salt
  • Salmon cured in gin

  • 340 g salmon fillet
  • 100 g sea salt, flakes
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tbsp juniper berries, crushed
  • 100 ml gin, unflavoured (or vodka)
