  • 3 tbsp nigella seeds
  • /½ oz sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • /¾ oz instant yeast
  • 3 large
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 C Fan
  • 9 and place
  • 3 heavy baking tray
  • 4 mm thick
