  • 225 g of self raising gluten free flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 55 g of your preferred fat
  • 30 g of cheese. Because my boys can tolerate non cows milk cheeses like goat and sheep, I use those but you can use a vegan cheese, I have before, and it does work. Grated.
  • 150 ml of your preferred milk
