Brush on the melted lemon curd on top of each muffin and scatter the scatter the sugar on the top. 200g/7oz self-raising flour (glutenfree). 2tsp baking powder (glutenfree). Line a 12 whole muffin tin with paper cases. Make a well in the flour and sugar mix add some of the liquid mix into the centre of the well in the flour mix then stir in (this helps the dry and wet mixes mix together) continue to stir in the wet mix to the dry mix to make the muffin batter add 2tbs lemon curd. 1/2 Fill the muffin cases with batter. 200g/7oz self-raising flour (glutenfree). 2tsp baking powder (glutenfree)
These glutenfree cherry and choc chip muffins, make a great breakfast tweet. There are some great quick and easy glutenfreebreakfast products available from all good supermarkets, but sometimes I just fancy something a bit different rather than cereal bars, fruit and youghurt and instant porridge
