  • 2 racks of pork ribs - make sure they are meaty!
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 8 garlic cloves, crushed in their skins
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper
  • 100 ml stock

  • For the corn
  • 2 corn on the cob, cut in half
  • 50 g butter
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper
  •  
  • For the potato salad
  • 700 g small new potatoes
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • 100 g creme fraiche
  • Juice and zest of 1 unwaxed lemon
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
