Ingredients

  • 5 large red chillies, finely chopped
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • 60 ml white wine vinegar
  • 4 Large squid whole
  • 100 g plain flour
  • Lots of freshly ground black pepper
  • 12 large prawns, butterflied
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of paprika
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • Vegetable oil
  • A few coriander leaves
  • Lime wedges
