Ingredients

  • 1 sea bass
  • 1 kg coarse rock salt
  • 3 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 lemon For the vegetables:
  • 1 aubergine 2 courgettes, roughly chopped
  • 100 g black olives
  • 500 g new potatoes
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bulb garlic, cloves smashed
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
