As St Helen’s Farm had recently sent me a hamper of their goats’ cheese and other products to try out, it seemed like a great opportunity to combine two of my favourite ingredients and make some goats’ cheese, spring onion and garlic stuffedmushrooms

I think this cheese sauce could be used with different pizza toppings as well. The mushrooms were a good combo with the garlicness going on and the peppers gave the pizza a little smoky taste almost
