Ingredients

  • 1 x Rack of lamb, seasoned
  • 1 x Slice of white bread, grated into crumbs
  • 1 x Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 x Handful of frozen peas, allowed to thaw and finely chopped
  • 1 x Garlic clove, crushed or grated
  • Dijon mustard
  • 500 ml Lamb stock
  • 1 x Black garlic clove
  • 1 kg Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 300 ml Double cream
  • 300 ml Milk
  • Butter
