  • 300 g caster sugar
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 155 g fine polenta
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ a vanilla pod
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 23 cm springform cake tin, greased with butter and base lined
