  • 200 g butter
  • 250 g dark chocolate (I use Bournville)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 250 g dark brown sugar (you can certainly use regular or light brown sugar but I find the dark brown sugar adds a certain treacley richness to the brownies)
  • 100 g self raising flour
  • 25 g Cocoa powder
  • 125 g fresh raspberries
  • 125 g white chocolate chunks
