  • 2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder (not hot chocolate drink mix)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 120 ml milk (1/2 cup)
  • 2 TBS butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 95 g of caster sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 110 g of soft light brown sugar (1/2 cup Packed)
  • 28 g unsweetned cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
  • 425 ml of cold water (2 cup)
