Ingredients

  • 4 large stuffing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200 g lean minced beef
  • 100 g beef
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
  • 50 g oats
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 150 g Quorn mince (for the vegetarian option)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 5 minutes until it is soft but not coloured
