On Slimming World planning is key, and it’s been a while since I put together my last meal plan for you lovely folk, so I thought it was about time I shared another one
You can of course use wholemeal bread, and I would prefer to have wholemeal bread, but it will almost double the calories for one slice of bread, so I decided to go for white bread this time, and of course, home-made bread would be brilliant too, of course

I made this stew with some of my home-made chicken stew, which is so much better than when made with commercial stock granules, however, if you have no home-made stock, the best stock is Marigold Swiss vegetable bouillon powder, and, like Delia, I love it and use it frequently in my cooking
