Fish tacos with green jalapeño salsa & chilli cream

Ingredients

  • 500 g swordfish steaks or other firm white fish, cut into 3cm cubes
  • 1 zest of 2 limes and juice of 1, plus lime wedges to serve (save the other one for the salsa)
  • 11 tbsp honey
  • 11 tbsp olive oil
  • 11 tsp garlic salt
  • 11 tsp mild chilli powder
  • 11 tsp ground cumin
  • 11 tsp sugar
  • 1 warmed soft corn tortillas, to serve
  • 1 shredded white cabbage, to serve
  • 1 sliced radishes, to serve
  • 1 chipolte, Tabasco or other hot sauce, to serve
  • 11 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 juice 1 lime
  • 12 small mangoes, diced
  • 11 green jalapeño chilli, finely chopped
  • 1¼ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 small handful coriander, chopped
  • 1100 g soured cream
  • 11 tbsp chipolte, Tabasco, or other hot pepper sauce
