  • 5 ingredients: Fish Pie Mix, Fennel, Orange, Thyme, Runner Beans
  • Ingredients 1tbsp olive oil
  • 450 g mixed fish, skinned and diced (fish pie mix)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small chilli, seeds removed, finely sliced
  • 1 small bulb fennel, core removed and diced
  • 5-6 runner beans, sliced into 1cm pieces
  • handful fresh thyme, leaves only
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 200 g (or half can) tinned chopped tomatoes
  • juice of 1 orange 500ml fish stock
