Ingredients

  • 1 x Salmon fillet, skinless
  • 6 x Asparagus spears
  • 1 x Bacon rasher
  • 1 x Cherry tomato vine
  • 3 x Filo pastry sheets
  • Handful of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 x Miso stock sachet
  • 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Single cream
  • Rapeseed oil (or any oil/butter) for brushing the pastry
  • Sea salt for seasoning.
