  • 2 tbsp creme fraiche
  • 1 tsp English mustard
  • 150 g chestnut mushrooms cut
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 25 g butter
  • A bit of zest from a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard
