Ingredients

  • 2 Baking potatoes scrubbed
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 fillet steaks
  • 150 g each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 knobs of butter
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 50 ml of beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon green peppercorns in brine
  • 70 ml double cream
  • 4 minutes on each side for a medium steak, or for
  • 3 minutes if you like it rare
