  • 225 g Sweetcorn
  • 60 g Plain Flour
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 minutes then flip for a further
  • 2 minutes By this time both sides should be golden and brown so remove and place on a sheet of kitchen paper to remove any excess oil form the cake
