Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, softened
  • 75 g margarine
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 50 g golden caster sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 140 g self
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 packs of cadburys double chocolate fingers
  • 150 g butter, softened
  • 400 g icing sugar
  • 75 g dark chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
  • 5. Once the cake is completely cool, remove from the tin and spread the buttercream generously on top and on the sides of the cake
