  • 4 g easy-blend dried yeast*
  • 8 g fine salt
  • 30 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large free-range egg plus one large egg yolk, lightly beaten
  • 200-220 ml milk
  • about a tablespoon of very fine semolina for dusting
