Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts diced or you can use thighs
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 of a 283g jar of Pataks Balti Spice Paste
  • 200 g of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 200 ml hot chicken stock
  • 1/2 bag of fresh spinach or you can use 6-8 small blocks of frozen
  • tablespoon tomato puree (optional)
  • chopped coriander to serve
