Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 150 g paella rice
  • 1 onion
  • 2 handfuls of frozen onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 handfuls or frozen peppers
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 500 ml of chicken stock
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 handfuls of frozen peas
  • 2. Add in frozen peppers and onion and fry until soft
  • 3. When the chicken is cooked through and onions and peppers are soft, add in 150g of paella rice, stir and leave for a minute or so while preparing the stock

  • 7. When the stock has absorbed and the rice is done, dish up into bowls and serve
  • 2. Cook your potatoes in a
  • 200 degree oven
  • 40 minutes until they
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp of tomato puree
  • 1 tsp of mixed herbs
  • 4. Mix all the ingredients in the pan and leave to simmer on a low heat while the potatoes are in the oven, this will make a nice thick sauce
  • 5. When the potatoes are cooked, put into a bowl and add the sauce on top
