This curry is hardly a recipe. While it isn’t quite as delicious as the curry my father has made me and its not a patch on the ones made by my friends from work (who have their own favourite blends of spices)
This is somewhat a twisted creation, very easy to put together and quite delicious. This curry is not exactly the popular Keralan chicken stew, but close
Recipe has been adapted from Shabs, whose prawn filling is one I've tried lots of times and its so versatile and can be used as a filling for anything and everything and also tastes great with rice and rotis
The trouble is, it’s not a particularly easypeasy recipe. To make things simple, I have chosen to use prawns which just take a few minutes cooking at the end, but if you would prefer a meaty paella just add in some cooked chicken and/or chorizo at the end
