Juice of a Lime
Full Fat Natural Yoghurt
Squeeze the lime and prepare the mango by peeling and cutting into even chunks.
Place the chopped mango, lime juice and honey in a medium saucepan and simmer for 30 mins. Once cooked let the mixture cool at room temperature.
Once cooled transfer to a bowl, cover with cling film and chill for at least 6 hours but overnight is best.
Add the yoghurt to the mango mixture and transfer to your ice cream maker and mix according to instructions (ours is 30 minutes) then transfer into tubs and place in freezer.
I love fish, and often reach for a nice piece of fish formy main meal, especially when “fasting” on mylow-calorie day, but, a change is as good as a rest as they say, and chicken breasts (skinned) are a dieter’s friend

I sometimes stir some lemon juice, pepper and chives/parsley/basil into some mayonnaise for a lemon mayo sauce to dip my wedges into, or you can just add a wedge of lemon and a squirt of mayo on the side and your dinner guests can mix their own

Process until creamy, about 5 minutes. 1Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to 1 month. 1I prefer a more tart frozen yogurt, but you can add additional agave nectar or honey if you want a sweeter-tasting dessert. 1Fresh strawberries can be used in place of frozen, however the fresh strawberries must be frozen solid. 1★ Did you make this recipe
Boho's Bites - September Potatoes. I tend to cook this formyhusbandand children, but as I don’t eat meat, I cook the chicken separately and add a piece of salmon, white fish, or a bean burger into the oven for me (I just add olive oil, black pepper and a slice or two of lemon on top of the fish fillet to keep the fish moist)
At this point you can adapt to add more liquid or more rice cereal or oats to get the consistency and sweetness you want – depending on the brand of dry ingredients you buy, they may need moreoil/honey to bind properly, or achieve the flavour you want
