  • My Easy Blueberry and Lemon Loaf Cake
  • 70 g Butter
  • 50 g Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 170 g Caster Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • Zest of 2 Lemons
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 150 g Blueberries
  • 170 g Self Raising flour plus 2 tbsp to coat the blueberries
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • Juice of One Lemon
