  • Swiss rolls can look so impressive but they’re ridiculously easy to make. This one is made with a floaty light vanilla sponge, filled with whipped double cream laced with rose water and chopped fresh strawberries, giving it a delicate pink hue. So pretty!
  • 3 medium free range eggs
  • 1/2 a cup) caster sugar
  • 2/3 cup) self-raising flour
  • 1 1/4 cups) double cream
  • 1 cup) fresh strawberries
