Ingredients

  • 750 g Lean Beef Cubes
  • 10 Small Cocktail Onions, peeled {or 2 Large - quartered}
  • 2 - 3 Large Carrots, sliced into rings
  • 1 Slice Wholewheat Bread, crumbed
  • 3 Whole Cloves
  • 4 t Garlic, crushed
  • 3 TB Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 TB Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Low Sodium Beef Stock
  • 1/2 cup Dry Red Wine
  • 2 TB Brandy
  • 2 TB Tomato Paste
  • 2 t Sugar
  • 250 g Small Mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup Extra Dry Red Wine
  • Parsley, to garnish
