Ingredients

  • 7 standard jar
  • 2 jars of onions
  • 300 g onions
  • 75 g salt
  • 500 ml of warm water
  • 150 ml Cider Vinegar
  • 150 ml Distilled Pickling Vinegar
  • 300 g baby onions or shallots
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp mixed peppercorns (pink/black/green)
  • 2 dried red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
