The title of this recipe is quite a mouthful. The pesto was a celebration of finding wildgarlic in the farmers market topped with those exquisite little white flowers
I love every bite of the slightly al dente pasta coated in fresh wildgarlicpesto, the crunch from the raw thinly sliced baby courgettes, the bigger bits of tender-but-not-too-tender broccoli and the slightly melted pieces of tangy feta
As you can see I served this tasty chicken lunch on my lovely Churchill China plates – I work with Churchill China as their British Blogger, and this Penzance pattern is not only pretty, but it is practical too as the dinnerware is dishwasher proof
