Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 thumb size of fresh ginger
  • peel
  • 3 large sweet potatoes peeled and chopped in chunks
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1.5 litres boiled water
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Mango Chutney (and/or lime chutney)
