Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 400 g tin of chickpeas
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1.5 l vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup soya milk
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 6-8 hours (alternatively if you want to cook it on the hob, place all the ingredients into a large stock pot, bring to the boil and then simmer for 20 minutes, then blend)
