Ingredients

  • 250 g dried butter beans
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 inch of ginger, grated or minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of salt or to taste
  • 4 fresh tomatoes, skinned and chopped
  • 100 g curly kale, removed from stalk and roughly chopped
