  • 225 g of button mushrooms (Halve if large) (1/2 pound)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 heaped dessertspoons of Cream cheese (about 4 TBS)
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil
