My meal today is Pork chops in a creamy cheese andmushroompasta. All in all in was very tasty, it was creamyand cheesy, it had a mushroom flavour, and the pork went very well with it
This is a yummy rich andcreamypasta recipe using chicken and red peppers. Add the chicken andpeppersand all the juice that has come off them, mixing well into your creamy sauce mix
Remove and set aside. Simmer uncovered until the sauce reduces down and starts to thicken slightly. 5oz) of mushrooms, sliced thinly. 28oz) of Penne pasta (or other pasta of choice). 1salt and black pepper. 1handful of fresh chopped Italian parsley, finely choppedCook pasta to al dente, reserve two ladles of the pasta water and then drain and set aside. 1Add the chicken pieces and fry until lightly golden on both sides. 1Add the shallot, garlic andmushroomsand fry for 2 minutes. 1Pour in a little stock and reduce down, keep repeating with a little stock, until the mushrooms are lovely and golden. 1Whisk the cream cheese into the remain stock and reserved pasta water. 1Add to the pan with the mushroomsand bring to a boil. 1Add in the pastaand chicken and continue to simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened. 1Season well with salt and black pepper. 1Serve and enjoy
The best thing about this creamymushroomandbellpepper sauce (that I served over spaghetti) is that it's pretty low calorie - yet you wouldn't think it, as it is creamyand decadent at the same time
Once the chicken is sealed, add the red & yellow peppers, onion, garlic and chilli. Once the pasta is fully cooked, add it to the chicken and sauce mix and stir through so everything gets an even coating of the sauce
Cajun Spice mix is a perfect seasoning for chicken, but a word of warning. Stir wellAdd the cooked pasta, then serve with some freshly ground black pepperand some grated cheese, but don't forget to syn it
Add a few mushroomsand a dash of cream to make a luxurious creamymushroom sauce to go with it. Turn up the heat to medium high and add the sliced mushrooms

With some quickly browned chicken I cut into chunks, some sautéd mushroomsand onion, a simple deglaze of the pan with chicken stock, pesto and some cream are added to make a smooth sauce that smothers the pasta
It is not like normal creamypasta it has slight spiciness because I used chilli flakes which included seeds and the amount of all purpose flour is less that means I used less white sauce
