Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 60 ml Water
  • 70 ml Yoghurt
  • 85 g Butter
  • 60 g Plain Flour
  • 300 ml Vegetable or Chicken Stock
  • 170 ml Milk
  • 110 g Cream Cheese
  • For the Chicken Vegetable Filling
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 15 White Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 150 g Mixed Frozen Vegetables
  • 1 Chicken Breast, boiled/poached and shredded
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • For the Buttermilk Shortcrust Pastry
  • 370 g Plain Flour
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 230 g Unsalted Butter, cold and cubed
  • 130 ml Buttermilk (60ml Water mixed with 70ml Yoghurt)
