  • 130 ml Whole Milk (warm)
  • 1 Medium Egg (lightly beaten)

  • 90 gm Sultanas
  • 90 gm Cranberries
  • 80 gm Walnuts (roughly chopped)
  • 90 gm Unsalted Butter
  • 70 gm Light Brown Sugar
  • Zest of 1 Orange (finely grated)
  • 30 gm Plain Flour
  • Glaze and Topping
  • 30 gm Marmalade
  • 50 gm Icing Sugar
  • 30 gm Flaked Almonds
