  • or light muscovado sugar
  • oz (100g) Walnuts, chopped finely
  • tbsp (30ml) Maple syrup
  • 4 oz
  • (115g) Unsalted butter, softened
  • 9 oz
  • (250g) Icing sugar
  • Walnut halves
