Ingredients

  • 12 Cupcakes
  • 2 Whole Clementines
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 100 g Soft Butter
  • 150 g Caster Sugar
  • 200 g Self
  • 1 teaspoon Bicarb
  • For the Dark Chocolate Ganache
  • 150 g Dark Chocolate
  • (I use 70% cocoa solids but use a lighter dark chocolate if you prefer)
  • 100 ml Double Cream
