  • 1 teaspoon Oil of choice I used olive oil
  • 4 Frozen Rainbow Trout Fillets I bought mine from Aldi
  • 1 Tablespoon Softened Butter Organic Unsalted if possible
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced/finely grated
  • 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt & Black Pepper
  • 1 Lemon sliced
