  • 1 c chá pimenta preta, acabada moer
  • 2 c chá sal
  • 2 c sopa azeite
  • 300 ml
  • 1 c chá sementes mostarda
  • 1 c chá sementes de nigella
  • 2 jars
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 500 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 300 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel
